November 9th 2016I bought a ticket through Explore Trip. Two days after I had to cancel my trip, I contacted Explore Trip November 11th, they asked me to pay a 100$ cancellation fee.
I did, they promised me to return my money minus 350$ within 3-4 business weeks directly to my account. After 4 weeks I started to asking, the only answer that I got is I have to check my account from wonderful lady called Alina)) Today it's April 13th 2017 and I still didn't get my money back. However they sent me beautiful Refund Invoice from company called Skylink Travel Inc.
(New York 15 W. 36th Street 4th floor New York, NY 10018), but not my money...
