Very poor customer service. The company stated hassle free cancellation and it did NOT state there would be $300 cancellation fee.
Very disappointed :( Wish I had known about that.... Many other agencies like Orbitz, Expedia etc,, offer FREE cancellation, but this one has yet to live to their reputation. The customer servicue representative mentioned that the fee will be nominal over the phone and i guess $300 is "nominal" for these fellas, who were incompetent and rude over the phone with me.
Their way of communication was was also rude. I was offered to pay $200 bucks after I had to ask to lower it.
