Customer service is poor and they can bother you all day with phone calls. Not worth it.
They do not try to help the customer with issues and just brush it under as if it's the customer's fault. They do not care about customers, at all. It's not worth the stress and you are better off going directly to the major airlines as your money may end up in the hands of scam artists. Please do not waste your money on this company.
Too many red flags and also failed to mention how promotions and policies work. Also failed to mail the itinerary on time after booking.
The user experience is just poor. They are more interested in your money than your needs which clearly shows in all customer service representative interactions.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $500.
ExploreTrip Cons: Being scammed, Refund policy, Disrespectful.
