Refuses ot refund monies and gives us the runaround.Never use them as I am hiring counsel to sue them.

Flight was canceled due to weather and airline agreed to return monies but stated since Explore Trip booked monies refunded to the Explore Trip refuses to refund monies.Numerous emails to them and they state one thing then another I even got airline involved and no luck. Each email is more absurd.

Said they contacted airline and no refund but when I contacted airline they sent me email confirming refund.The call center told us over and over would have money refunded in 2-4 weeks and its been two months.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
